|Welcome to the home of Wii Homebrew.com|
The Wii Homebrew Channel is a good alternative to the Twilight Hack. It is a channel that can load Wii homebrew applications without initially using the Twilight Hack. What it does is list the apps that are stored and organized in the SD card then the list is shown through a GUI which can be modified or customized to suit you best. Another way of launching a homebrew apps would be through the TCP or a USB Gecko. Both built-in applications are very convenient as homebrew launchers as well as for testing a new code.
To use Homebrew (home made unlicensed software) games and emulators you need to unlock your Wii using a Mod-Chip or a Homebrew Wizard tool. Download and install Wii Homebrew Wizard
Wii Twilight Hack
The twilight hack occurs when it takes advantage of an overflow error in the Twilight Princess. This error happens by downloading a special file that stores the name of a horse, Epona. Actually the file has a longer name and the Wii system crashes when it tries to load the horse’s name.
The crash triggers the system to run a loader program rather than the Twilight Princess’ code. Next the system loads a program coming from the Wii’s front SD card slot. Any program saved on the SD card with a boot.elf filename should run.
Here You can download all the latest Wii Homebrew applications, games and tools. Read Wii Homebrew manuals and help files on how to get homebrew running on your console.
